- I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist & Counsellor having trained to Advanced Diploma level with the prestigious school of SACH International (School of Analytical & Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy & Counselling).- I am a certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy & Meridian Therapies (Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT.)
- I have been trained in Critical Incident and Trauma Debriefing (W.Bliss RTCT Registered).
- Undertaken Bereavement Counselling training with CRUSE & Dr Bill Webster one of the leading lecturers on Bereavement.
- I have also trained in Complementary Healthcare Therapies with the A.M.A.E. School of Therapies and have achieved International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).
